Technical and functional characteristics of the Bracky Magnetic Anti-rotation Kit:
The device is based on a highly resistant, easily removable magnetic system that creates a mechanical bond between the pallet and the base of the Rotating Wrapping Machine or the Trolley Pallet Wrapper. This bond effectively counteracts the torsional forces generated by the tension of the stretch film.
- Magnetic Mounting System: Allows for quick and easy installation and removal.
- Quick Release Lever: A lever mechanism allows the device to be immediately released at the end of the wrapping cycle.
- Operational Compatibility: Designed for use on any metal base (use with wheeled pallet wrappers requires the creation of an area with metal sheet sheets on the ground).
- Flexible Use: Thanks to its shape, the kit can be kept in a fixed position on the wrapping platform or removed according to specific operational needs. Designed not to interfere with the stretch film during wrapping.
