3. Can I return or cancel the goods I purchased?
Yes, you can return or cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. To return items within 14 days of delivery, please contact us by email (info@bracky.it) specifying the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. 1. What payment methods are accepted online?

2. I need the invoice, can you get it for me?
Of course, you can enter the data directly in the store during the purchase phase or send an email with VAT number and SDI code to the email address: info@bracky.it , you will be sent the courtesy invoice by email and the electronic one in the interchange drawer of the Revenue Agency
3. Payment fails, why?

Warranty and Assistance
1. What is the warranty on the purchased product?
All our products are fully guaranteed for 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of supply or delivery of the Product if you are a private consumer (i.e., a natural person acting for purposes outside of any business, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity) or 12 (twelve) months from the date of supply or delivery if you are a VAT-registered professional.
